     First 36 terms from a 40-state R-matrix close-coupling calculation      
     with a 43-state CI basis.                                               
                                                                             
     The 1s, 2s, 2p, 3s, and 3p orbitals were determined from single-
     configuration HF calculation on 3p5 2P.  The 3d orbital was determined
     from configuration-average HF calculations on 3p43d, while the 4s, 4p,
     and 4d orbitals were determined from single-configuration HF calculations
     on 3p4(3P)4s 4P, 3p4(3P)4p 4D, and 3p4(3P)4d 4D, respectively. In
     addition, 5s and 5p pseudo orbitals were used to correct the 3p4(3P)4s 2P
     and 3p4(3P)4p 2D terms for term-dependence.  The 5s pseudo orbital was
     determined from a MCHF calculation on 3p4(3P)4s 2P +3p4(3P)5s 2P.  The
     5p pseudo orbital was determined from MCHF calculation on 3p4(3P)4p 2D +
     3p4(3P)5p 2D.  However, the three pseudo terms: 3p4(3P)5s 2P,
     3p4(3P)5p 2D, and 3p4(1D)5p 2D were included only in the 43-state CI
     expansion and not the 40-state CC expansion.  The energies were set
     at the theoretical values.  Only the first 36 terms are included in this
     file since the last 4 terms are too high in energy due to configuration
     interaction with the lower terms.                                                   
                                                                             
     For the R-matrix calculation with exchange, LSPI partial waves for
     S = 1, 3, 5; L = 0 to L = 12; and PI = even & odd were included.  This was
     then extended to higher L values by adding to it the results of a
     no-exchange R-matrix calculation from L=13 to L=40 with top up.  The size
     of the continuum basis in the inner region for these calculations was set
     to 31.               
                                                                             
     Most radiative rates for dipole-allowed transitions were determined from
     our 43-state CI calculations.  However, the radiative transitions from  
     3p4(3P)4p 4D to 3p4(3P)4s 4P, 3p4(3P)3d 4D, and 3p4(3P)3d 4F; from    
     3p4(3P)4p 4P to 3p4(3P)4s 4P and 3p4(3P)3d 4D; and from 3p4(3P)4p 2D to
     3p4(3P) 4s 2P were determined from experimental values summed over      
     the final levels and averaged over the initial states.  The radiative
     rates for the dipole-forbidden transitions from the 3p4(3P)3d (4D,4F,4P)
     and 3p4(3P)4s 4P terms to the 3p5 2P ground term were estimated from our   
     43-state CI intermediate-coupled rates between levels by summing over
     the final levels and averaging over the initial states.
